Please get ready your child's health booklet with the immunization certificate for the school health visit. The first page of the information booklet is a medical information form for parents to fill up in blue/black ink. Please tick the relevant box on the consent form.
Contact details are also given for you to update if there are any changes in your contact details (phone number, address etc). Please make the change in red/blue ink. This is to enable the school to easily contact you in times of emergency.

Dear children,
I am pleased with our progress in coming up with our class rules and ideas for the notice board. A big thank you to the volunteers who offered to help design the board. I am looking forward to the final product of our combined efforts. Do think of a good class motto to share tomorrow.
